Mellow socks welcomes your feedback and comments regarding our Site, products and Services. We do not accept confidential or proprietary information. All comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions,

Once your return has been received and accepted by our team, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. You can follow the return of your package with our courier services using the tracking number on your Returns Label.
If you choose, we can issue your refund as Mellow socks credit; the amount will effortlessly apply at checkout the next time you shop with us.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
- We do not exchange item(s) after sales campaigns are over. It must be exchanged within the sales campaign period.
After you place an order on www.mellow-socks.com, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will send further email notifications as we dispatch your goods, which will include our courier tracking numbers. Our courier service companies deliver directly to your doorstep during regular working hours/days in your country. Alternatively, you can pick up your order from your delegated local courier office; make sure that you have your tracking number on hand.
In most cases one of our courier services companies will call you to arrange for delivery; however, if you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier will call again. To set up a date to collect your package or arrange a re-delivery.
- Mellow Socks does all it can to deliver a good product. The buyer has the right to return the product to Mellow Socks within 7 days after delivery.
- The costs of the return delivery are for the buyer.
- The buyer will return the product, packaging and anything delivered with it in the original condition to the seller, in accordance with the clear and reasonable instructions given by the seller on the accompanying return form above. The right to return the product ceases if: (a) the product has been worn and/or washed, (b) the buyer has tried to repair a faulty product himself, (c) the user’s instructions have not been followed.
